Monumental

Monumental is an independent game studio dedicated to becoming the go-to destination for small game developers. On the verge of expanding the company and acquiring more games, the Monumental team tasked us with updating their visual identity to attract new talent and prospective game developers.

After talking with the Monumental team, we landed on a direction that emphasized Monumental as a destination that supports, rather than overshadows, the games they acquire. We first brought this to life by making the new logo a neutral canvas that could be interwoven with each game’s artwork and applied to retro-inspired brand activations.
