These botanical spreads are an ongoing, personal project where I document everything that is growing in my garden. It is a therapeutic way for me to journal that also allows me to be completely creative and liberal with my designs. To start each spread, I’ve included what year I acquired the plant and from where, along with a brief Wikipedia entry about the basic facts.
There are no rules to this project, other than I have to love what I create, both in design and in the garden. (While I would love to one day be able to illustrate all my plants, these botanical illustrations are pulled from a stock library.)
